The Brief
To create a brand identity for a new and unique lettings agency that would provide clarity and awareness across a range of media.
The clients original thoughts were for a trademark based around the proposed company name - Bulmers Letting Agency (BLA). The client had also researched the
colours being used by estate agents throughout the area (who incorporated a lettings service within their practice) and had a leaning towards a Burgundy as a primary
colour in the design of a logo.
The business was to launch on September 2, 2006 and the brief was taken mid July. For the launch, the client was looking for the creation of a brand,
printed stationery, scheme for a shop frontage (the address for which had not been finally settled on at that time), pre-launch press advertising and invitations
for the opening of the shop and a fully functional, editable web site that would allow for the insertion and deletion of properties to let.
